Watching your girl take your entire load in her mouth and swallow it completely has to be one of the greatest sights a man can see.

So, how do you make your sperm taste better? Here are the three best ways. We’re going to start with the basics, then move into some advanced strategies.
Drink Pineapple Juice
Possibly the only thing that comes to a “magic bullet” is drinking a lot of pineapple juice a couple of hours before having sex
This is what most sex experts suggest and I agree, but there’s much more than pineapple juice, so read on.
What makes pineapple juice so special? The answer is bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme found in fruits that aids in digestion. Pineapple has more bromelain than any fruit, which is why we recommend it here.
Why do we want bromelain? The answer will be elaborated on later but put briefly, bad tasting cum comes from bad chemicals in your body. These chemicals come from drugs, a bad diet, alcohol, etc.
Even if you eat bad food, with lots of pesticides, bromelain will help break these down so your cum tastes good. That’s why pineapples are so important, they help you digest all the nasty stuff so it comes out clean.
Bromelain is so strong, it’s used alone as a meat tenderizer. Put that in your stomach, and it’ll break anything down.
To be honest, any fresh-squeezed juice will do. You only hear about the pineapple juice because it’s one of the sweetest juices around. But, if you’re unable to get it for one reason or another, apple juice, blueberry juice, etc. will work fine.

Or, if for some reason you don’t like pineapple and/or are unable to drink it on a daily basis, try to “sweeten” your diet with fruit. Candy, processed juice, etc. won’t work. Either add a lot of fruits to your diet or just drink a fresh-squeezed fruit juice every day. The effect will be the same.
The catch is that you have to consume real fruits and juices. Canned or pasteurized juices remove all the bromelain from the juice, rendering this technique useless. The best way is to make your own juice, or do what your mom would say and “eat your fruits & vegetables.”
Drinking fresh, cold-pressed juice is not only great for the taste of your semen, it’ll also improve your cardiovascular health and the quality of your skin. You’ll be more attractive, better in bed, and have good tasting cum, so get all the juice you can.
Avoid The Bad Stuff
By the “bad stuff”, I mean the Big 3: Booze, Cigarettes, Drugs.
Besides the obvious benefits (like, I don’t know, living a healthy life?) quitting these vices will have a monumental impact on the taste of your sperm.
Now, obviously, that will not immediately improve. You can’t expect to quit drinking one day and by tomorrow to have a sweet, sugary sperm. It doesn’t work like that.
But, if you quit (and stay off the vices) you can expect to see the difference in a matter of weeks. Apply other tips of advice from this article and it may be even sooner.
Bonus tip: One other thing you want to avoid is…coffee. Yeah, this will shock almost every Starbucks visitor, but coffee (while tasting delicious) is not really good for your sperm taste.
Caffeine in the coffee makes your sperm taste bitter, which is the opposite of what we want.
And how many girls you know want to swallow sperm when it’s bitter? That’s right – pretty much none.
I know, I’ve already mentioned eating pineapples and berries, and avoid alcohol, drugs, and smoking, but if you want really want your cum to taste good, you have to clean up your diet.
“Bad” foods like hot dogs and hamburgers aren’t bad just because they lack nutritional value, they’re also bad because they’re chock full of nasty chemicals. Seriously, next time you’re at the grocery store, look at the ingredients list on the hot dog package. I bet you can’t pronounce all of them!

Spice It Up

Not only that but drinking copious amounts of water will also boost your sperm volume, meaning you will be able to shoot more sperm each time you ejaculate.

The great thing about drinking water is that it’ll help your mind and body grow, too. Your brain is actually 75% water.
You know when you get a hangover, and your head hurts? That’s because your body is so dehydrated that it pulls water from your head. The more hydrated you are, the better you’ll think.
On top of that, dehydration can cause you to have erection problems like premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Now, just how much water should you drink?

What I like to do, so I don’t have to use an app, is to leave a glass of water right by my sink. Whenever I walk by, I tell myself to chug a glass of water and keep moving on with my day. This trains me to drink water without even thinking about it.
Yes, charcoal, but not the kind that’s in your grill.
Charcoal has been used as a dietary supplement for centuries, but recently, it’s been seen as poisonous. The reason is that hospitals now use it to cure poisoning. Yes, it’s true, if you go to a poison control center, they will probably make you take a bunch of charcoal to neutralize whatever poison you consumed.
Fortunately, you can use this same technique, on a smaller scale, to make your cum taste better.
A small dose of charcoal will help neutralize any toxins in your bloodstream, as well as kill any gas-producing by-products of eating (if you eat spicy foods, take charcoal).
Take a small dose of about 200 mg a day. This will help clean up your bloodstream but won’t cause any negative side effects.

To speed up the effectiveness of walking, go to the gym, and use the treadmill. This way, you can monitor your speed (so you’re going fast enough) and increase the incline (to increase difficulty).
