It seems hopeless, doesn’t it?
No matter what you do, no matter what you try, you can’t seem to last longer more than a few minutes in bed.
Well, take heart. I’m about to reveal to you how to increase stamina in bed naturally – no pills, creams, or pumps required.
You ready? Let’s begin.
Step #1: Eat the Right Foods
Viagra, Cialis, Kamagra – all that these pills do is improve blood flow to your penis.
But, they are not the only way to do it (and definitely not the healthiest).
You can improve your stamina in bed by eating the right foods.
And what are those foods?
Well, some are fruits and vegetables (like bananas, blueberries, and tomatoes); some are seafood (like raw oysters), and some are nuts (like walnuts and almonds).
If you want a full list, go here to find out what foods boost your stamina in bed.
Step #2: Choose The Right Positions
You can easily double or triple the amount of time you have sex just by choosing the right positions in bed.
Now, what do I mean by the “right positions”?
Well, some sex positions overwork your PC muscle and cause you to prematurely ejaculate. The missionary position is especially bad for guys who don’t have a lot of stamina already.
On the other hand, some sex positions allow your PC muscle to stay relaxed and prolong the amount of time you have sex before coming. The girl-on-top position is great for this and you should often start sex with this position.
Check out my other article for the 3 best positions to last longer in bed.
Step #3: Practice Correct Breathing Techniques
A lot of your premature ejaculation problems are caused by poor breathing during sex.
Now, what do I mean when I say poor breathing?
Well, think about it. When you are excited and near an orgasm, your breathing becomes shallow and you take short breaths. This causes you to become more excited and you are more likely to come early.
Don’t believe me? Take half a dozen short, shallow breaths right now. Go on, I’ll wait.
See? I told you. Now imagine doing that for a minute…two minutes…or even five minutes. You might not realize it, but you do exactly that when you’re having sex.
The solution? Deliberately change your breathing patterns. When you feel you are near orgasm, take a few deep, slow breaths to center yourself. Couple deep breaths with deep thrusts and you’ll last even longer.
Step #4: Increase Foreplay
You should always dedicate at least 15 minutes to foreplay – that’s how much time women need, on average, to get properly aroused.
But prolonging foreplay is also a great idea if you want to increase stamina in bed naturally.
Because you’re aroused during foreplay, but you’re not inside of her, your body will learn to adapt to the high arousal levels you’re experiencing.
That way, when you do finally begin sex, you’ll be able to last much, much longer than you previously could.
And what to do during the foreplay? Well, you have an endless amount of options, but I suggest you start off by learning how to finger a girl.
Step #5: Practice Beforehand
Football players don’t just run out on the field and play without any preparation. They spend their time practicing and training beforehand. The same goes for any athlete.
You too should start training before sex with exercises that are designed to make you last longer and increase your stamina in bed.
The simplest, easiest, and most practical of those exercises are edging and Kegels.
Edging is where you masturbate for a long time (think 20+ minutes). The key is to get aroused and stay aroused for a long time, mimicking the feelings you will experience during sex.
Kegels are a fun little exercise that allows you to strengthen your PC muscle – that is the muscle that is responsible for your ejaculation.
If you get good at Kegels, you’ll be able to clench that muscle and continue having sex without ejaculating.
Bonus point: they will help you to shoot sperm (yeah, just like a porn star).
I go over these exercises in more detail (and include what not to do during sex) in my article, How Do Pornstars Last So Long? Be sure to check it out.
