It’s tough, right?
I mean, no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to last long enough in bed.
Your wife is sympathetic, but you know she’s frustrated too.
And you can’t stop thinking that if she can’t find pleasure with you, she’ll look somewhere else.
After all, bad sex is the #1 reason women divorce men.
This doesn’t need to happen to you.
You CAN last long in bed and cure your premature ejaculation – and you can do it without any pills, creams, or any other unhealthy and dangerous substances.
You just need a few good tips for lasting longer in bed.
Luckily, as an ex-porn star, I’m more than qualified to help you with this.
I cover all of these tips, and much more, in my program How to Last Longer in Bed, but I thought I would share with you a couple of quick and easy tips to start you off on your journey.
Let’s get started.
Do This Before You Even Begin

For most men, sex begins with putting their penis inside a woman’s vagina.
For women, it begins much, much earlier.
In fact, women need, on average, around 20 minutes to reach the same level of horniness most men reach in seconds.
What that means is that you shouldn’t skip foreplay.
Not only will your sex life be better, but you will also last longer in bed because your dick isn’t being stimulated by a hot, moist vagina.
If you would like to extend your foreplay, but don’t know what to do, check out my article about the 11 best foreplay ideas.
Start Off On The Right Foot
There is one thing that’s almost guaranteed to shorten your lasting time. No matter how many other things you may try, if you get this one thing wrong it’ll all be in vain.
That thing is choosing the right positions.
There are certain positions that will cut your lasting time in half.
And then there are those that will allow you to last two to three times longer than you usually do.
The trick is to know which positions are in which group.
Avoid missionary position like plague. In this position, you’re overworking your penile muscles and it’s causing you to quickly ejaculate.
The doggy style position is slightly better, but I’d still recommend that you leave it for the future, when you’re better trained.
By far, the best position for lasting longer in bed is…
*drum roll*
The girl on top. Also known as the cowgirl position.
In this position, your PC (penile) muscles are completely relaxed and you can last longer than you would usually do.
That’s why when you’re starting sex, I recommend you start it in the cowgirl position.
Edging: Not Just A Landscaping Technique

Think about this for a second:
Do athletes just go out on the field and play the game, without any preparation whatsoever?
Of course not. They spend most of their time training for the big game.
You’re probably wondering what this has to do with your premature ejaculation.
Here’s the thing: When it comes to sex, you’re the athlete, and edging is your preparation and training.
Edging is simply the practice of masturbating for a really long time (usually somewhere around 20 to 30 minutes).
During the practice, you’re trying to keep yourself extremely aroused without ejaculating before the time is up.
What you’re doing here is essentially teaching your body how to deal with high arousal levels. You’re adapting yourself to higher and higher levels of arousal through edging.
