The first is sensitivity. When you masturbate, especially frequently, you erode the nerve endings on the skin of the penis.
However, the opposite can also be true. If you masturbate too much, you tire out the nerves so much that they don’t even feel it when you’re having sex.
That’s why men go soft when wearing a condom – they don’t feel the sensation, so their brain shuts off their erection.
Quit masturbating, and your penis will become so sensitive, you’ll be looking forward to wearing a condom.
When you masturbate less, you get infinitely more horny. You’re not getting that same regular release, so your sex drive should go through the roof.
This increase in libido will affect your sex life. When you’re having sex, your penis will be so hungry for release that it’ll do whatever it takes to get an orgasm. If that means keeping an erection for 30 minutes (or more), your erection will be there to make sure you get that nut.

I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but diet is such an influence on erection quality that I HAVE to mention it.
If you eat a crappy diet, you’re gonna have a crappy boner. It’s as simple as that.
When you don’t have blood flow pumping to your penis, it’s extremely difficult to keep an erection. Blood is what creates the boner, literally, and without blood…you’re just soft.
Eating a clean diet will not only remove dirty fats and sugary carbs from your system, they’ll also add beneficial nutrients to your body.
Believe it or not, there are foods that can not only reverse the effects of a dirty diet, but they can actually increase blood flow, thanks to the vitamins & minerals inside. Some of my favorite boner-friendly foods are:

Exercise Your Body
In addition to fixing your diet, it’s crucial that you begin to exercise.
Cardiois necessary, because it’ll improve blood flow through the body. Your heart is a muscle, and by working it out regularly, it’ll get stronger (and pump more blood).
Regularly sweating will also help clean out the toxins from any cheeseburgers you’ve recently eaten.
My favorite form of cardio is walking. I try to walk 20-30 minutes every morning. I find that it not only improves my erection quality, but also my mood and digestion.
Strength training is also beneficial to your boner because it’ll get rid of fat. Excess body fat is terrible for your boner for many reasons, but the most pertinent is testosterone.
When you have body fat, your body makes less testosterone. Less testosterone means less boners.
So, how do we fix this? We go to the gym!
When you lift weights, you not only improve circulation, but you also build muscle & get rid of body fat. All three of these benefits will add up to give you a great result in bed.
Exercise Your Penis
If you want to do more exercise, you can start practicing edging (just don’t do this in the gym!)
Edging, traditionally recommended for men with premature ejaculation, is an exercise where you masturbate for extended periods of time. By dragging out the time it takes to orgasm, you train your body to PUMP blood into your penis.
That’s why I recommend it if you can’t stay hard. That means your body knows how to GET a boner, but it’s having trouble KEEPING it.
