If I could choose ONE supplement to take for the rest of my life, it would be zinc. I’ve spent a lot of time studying health and fitness, as well as sex (of course), and in all my years, I haven’t found a supplement that’s as necessary as zinc. The benefits of zinc sexually are enormous.

Like our last reason, this one isn’t directly sexual, but it will indirectly benefit your sex life. Zinc increases physical strength and fitness by increasing your testosterone.
When you lift more weight in the gym, your entire body reacts positively. Your muscles will grow, your mood will improve, and you’ll become a more dominant man.

Take 30-50mg, daily. Most zinc supplements come in this range, so you should be fine.
The only concern you should have about the dose is if you take a multi-vitamin (which you should). Some multis contain large doses of zinc, so make sure your total zinc consumption is between 30-50mg.
Do not take zinc on an empty stomach or first thing in the morning. Zinc is not easily digested without food, and you will feel like you have to throw up.
What If Zinc Doesn’t Work?
At this point, you might think that I’m pulling your leg and just trying to get you to buy a supplement. That’s not true at all. I’ve seen the benefits of zinc and I know it works for most men.
However – there is no “one size fits all” solution, and I’d be lying if I said zinc will completely change your sex life.
